when you seek a colorist your [link] on the right place

other random tips that I can add to it :

use only a 2 or 3 pixels thick brush and no clicky the brush effect option for a smooth continious line

you can directly pick the color of the item (hair or body) for the color line and then color inside - it'll make the stuff less comic more art

but these are just random options of course
